About the Team
The People Team is dedicated to supporting Clari's top priority - our people! We handle a wide range of functions including recruitment and talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee engagement, benefits administration, HR compliance and more. About the Role
As a Workplace Management Specialist at Clari India, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of workplace operations, ensuring a productive and efficient environment for employees. In addition, you will manage logistics for travellers visiting Clari India, ensuring their needs are met seamlessly. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and professional workplace experience for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the workplace, including facilities and workplace management
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services
  • Coordination of onboarding tasks
  • Administration support for the Site Leadership
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for travellers visiting Clari India, providing support and assistance throughout their stay
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, and itinerary planning
  • Plan and execute in-person company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistical arrangements and on-site coordination
  • Evaluate event feedback and implement improvements for future events
  • Coordinate logistics of meetings and conference calls, including meeting space, communications, and catering
  • Work closely with other administrative support team members to collectively ensure remarkable and seamless service to the leadership team
  • Coordinate with the senior management team on special projects, priorities, and status updates

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of supporting workplace management, facilities operations, or related roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels within an organization with a customer service-oriented approach
  • Operate with integrity; ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficient in Google Suite, particularly Calendar, Slides, and Docs and ability to learn new software and tools that are specific to Clari
  • Highly reliable and resourceful, committed to delivering results on time
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
  • Local language knowledge: Must be fluent in Kannada. Hindi knowledge a plus
  • Ability to be on-site in our Bangalore office as needed
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices is a plus
  • Experience in event planning and logistics coordination is a plus
