About the Role


We are looking to hire the best of the best— a Technical Content Writer to join our team of innovators. You will work with leading experts in the industry, product marketing managers, and the design and digital team to collaborate on projects and design top-notch content to strengthen brand positioning.

A Day in the Life

  • Create and manage digital marketing plans to meet website traffic, inbound requests, and subscriber targets.
  • Develop content and web strategy for demand generation programs.
  • Own planning, messaging and management of digital channels and work closely with tech teams, different functions within marketing, different departments across the company to create a coherent digital strategy.
  • Develop campaign briefs, landing page structures, and content strategy basis campaign objectives and audience research.
  • Strategize & execute email marketing workflows & campaigns for lead generation.
  • Plan the digital campaigns calendar & execute critical digital marketing initiatives including webinars, newsletters etc.
  • Social Media Management through proactive content creation & posting, community management & spokespeople image management for meeting monthly engagement targets and brand awareness.
  • Plan & execute Paid campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Data Analytics and campaign performance tracking & reporting to offer creative recommendations.
  • Manage monthly spends and ensure ROI in everything we do.

What You Need

  • Persistence and diligence to go the extra mile.
  • Understanding the U.S. healthcare ecosystem is an advantage.
  • Should have at least 2+ years of experience in B2B technical content writing.
  • Flair for written and spoken English with an impeccable command of grammar.
  • Should be well-versed in the style of content used in product launches and media communications.
  • Proactive, decisive, independent thinker and should be good at industry research.
  • Solution-oriented approach with proven ability to produce technically accurate, high-quality results.
  • Desire and ability to learn new tools and technologies when needed and meet the release timelines.
  • Willing to learn about and understand innovative products, and the creativity that builds credibility with the audience.
  • Proven experience working under strict deadlines and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have the natural business acumen to qualify for an opportunity.
  • Should be able to define buyer personas and create tailored content.
  • A self-starter capable of making sense in unstructured situations.
  • A good researcher who likes to go into depth on concepts - one who can don a journalist’s hat to probe clients and prospects.
  • Ability to work in a high-growth, startup environment.
  • Understanding Big Data, data analytics, cloud technology, and platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, etc. will be an added advantage.
