Percent is seeking an experienced Vice President of Growth Marketing to help establish our new brand and drive our go-to-market strategy and campaign performance to drive client acquisition and accelerate growth across business segments (B2B and B2C). You will be a key member of the marketing team and will be responsible for the strategy, development, and execution of programs that drive pipeline and retention to exceed company targets. As a growth marketing expert this role will define best practices, develop campaigns, and manage to budget to ensure successful business outcomes. This position will work closely across functions within the organization including the wider Marketing team, Sales, Customer Success and Product to develop integrated campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels including paid social, webinars, events, email marketing automation, and digital advertising. You thrive in funnel analytics and speak in acronyms like MQL, SQL, and attribution.
Responsibilities
Lead all growth marketing and demand generation efforts, including development and execution of strategy to drive market awareness, educate and capture buyers’ interest, and ultimately build a pipeline to exceed company targets
Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of demand generation campaigns on MQL, SQL, pipeline, and revenue; leverage quantitative skills to interpret data and gain insights that then translate into actionable changes; identify where sales and marketing technologies present an opportunity to increase the effectiveness
Own and manage the implementation, usage, and effectiveness of marketing automation platform (HubSpot)
Understand and implement best practices to drive inbound lead generation; experienced in a digital-first approach
Lead, manage and execute SEO strategy
Define lead quality, optimize marketing processes, and implement best practices to improve conversions and deliver smoother marketing and sales handoffs
Balance lead volume and quality to achieve return on marketing spend and meet budget
Form a tight partnership with Sales to meet/exceed sales goals
Requirements
10+ years marketing experience; solid experience in Growth Marketing / Demand Generation
Digital marketing expertise; strategy and execution
Depth in full-funnel marketing initiatives and a performance marketing approach
Ability to manage multiple projects at various levels of scale
Fluent in Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Eloqua or other marketing automation platforms a plus
Consistently introduces new ideas and demonstrates original thinking
Inspired to perform well by the chance to take on more responsibility
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
Flexible and can adapt to fast moving, agile team
Experience in a high-growth startup with the ability to wear multiple hats is a plus
BA/BS degree is required, and B2B, B2C, FinTech and FinServ experience is a plus
