Roles and Responsibilities:
Scale the Sales charter for Public Sector Banks (PSU's)by engaging with identified potential clients and running Sales & BD process & Cycle
Manage the Sales funnel pipeline and forecast accordingly
Achieve various milestones and goals set out on a number of client acquisition and revenue targets. Ensure a smooth handover to the internal transaction execution team that will execute the delivery of the onboarded client
Monitor the performance status of the client’s requirements and ensure that the borrowers do not go dormant on the platform.
Working with various internal and external teams for ensuring a smoother process
Spearhead and review end-to-end sales activities and communication on sales platform and workflows used by the company
Ability to understand business and technology challenges and align them with our offering
5-7 years’ experience in Sales & Account management experience in product or tech focused organization on B2B SalesKAM or Enterprise SalesKAM.
Experience in Platform / Product / Application Sales across Banking ,Lending,Credit Bureaus, SAAS platforms, Fin tech, payment gateways, Rating Agency, B2B e-commerce platforms, SAAS platforms, Fintech, and payment gateways will be preferred.
Self-starter and a faster learner who is willing to push the envelope and has ambitions to scale up a business rapidly.
An avid networker, excellent at communication and presentations skills with a top-notch customer service approach
Someone who focuses on driving their unit and making it a significant profit center.
The ability to demonstrate entrepreneurial skills is a must.
Proven track record of meeting Sales goals, ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Experience selling at the C level as well as the operating level and navigating large organizations
Commercial Negotiation Skills
Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple relationships parallelly
MBA / PGDM degree from the premier institution or Chartered Accountant
Exceptional written and verbal communication, managing technical proposals
Ability to work under pressure & track record of delivering targets
Willing to travel
