Assistant Manager of Admin and Facility management 

Position Objective

To ensure smooth performance of all soft, technical and infra related activities relating to facilities and administration in Spocto.

Organizational Level

Reporting to

AVP

Base Location

Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Responsibility

Primary

  • Assist the management in developing and Maintaining Spocto’s infrastructure.

  • Maintain logs and reports.

  • Inventory Management.

  • In- house coordination.

  • Cost Savings

  • Maintenance and refurbishing.

  • Maintain records.

  • Provide support during events.

  • Assisting in Audit related activities.

  • Client Visit Management

  • Sundry activities - Verification of stationery stock and coordinate with courier, florist, pest control, housekeeping etc.

  • Manage Utility bills and payments.

  • Handle physical security compliances such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm System, UPS and DG.


Secondary

  • Coordinate with Accounts for supplier payments

  • Manage Assets.

  • Training of security, housekeeping and floor marshals. 

Additional

  • Suggest improvement in Admin BAU process.

  • Event Management

  • Thorough knowledge of Admin and Facility Management Preferably Technical and infrastructure 

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office Tools – MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
